IQ Easy Platform
The IQ-Easy Platform connects up to 30 ionisation devices into a network via the Manager IQ Easy. A unique concept that makes it possible to fully control all parameters and let devices interact with each other to optimise efficiency. The products that belong to the IQ family all have the unique feature of an integrated 24V DC supply voltage. The product range covers the full spectrum of anti-static bars and static charging equipment, including special products for In-Mould-Labeling (IML).

Manager IQ Easy
Introducing a new level of static control: the heart of the new IQ Easy platform is the Manager IQ Easy. It contains a control unit with a 7” LCD touch screen which provides information from all the connected devices. The manager makes it easy to change and monitor status and parameters.
Performax IQ Easy
High performance combined with optimal control. This is the new standard for antistatic bars. In combination with the Manager IQ Easy the Performax IQ Easy anti-static bar will ensure a very high efficiency of static neutralisation.
EasION IQ 4.x
High performance combined with optimal control. This is the new standard for antistatic bars. In combination with the IQ-Platform, the EasION IQ anti-static bar will ensure a very high efficiency of static neutralisation.
Performax IQ Easy EX
Compact high efficient static neutralising for explosion hazardous environments. The Performax IQ Easy Ex has an integrated high voltage power supply and requires only a low voltage input of 24V DC. A two color high bright LED visualises bar ON (green) or bar FAULT (red).
ThunderION IQ
The ThunderION offers long distance static elimination even up to one metre. The robust design of the reinforced extruded profile allows up to 5 metres in length and the use in industrial environments. The T-ridge on the backside of the ThunderION enables the user to position the Simco-ION universal mounting brackets as desired, allowing optimal mounting flexibility.
Sensor IQ Easy
A sensor that measures the electrostatic charge of a web can be added to the IQ Easy platform. The Sensor IQ Easy is a bar type device that can hold up to 16 sensor heads. Each sensor head can be placed on a strategic position across the web to monitor the electrostatic charge.
CMM IQ Easy
The CMME is a small profile footprint charging generator specially designed for IML applications. The housing is compact, robust and only weighs 500 grams which makes it perfect for end of arm mounting in IML pick and placehandling systems. It can easily withstand the high G-forces occurring during the IML process.
CM Tiny IQ
The CM Tiny is the smallest industrial charging generator for static bonding applications. The unit has fully integrated high voltage parts and only needs a 24V DC supply. The housing is compact, robust and only weighs 500 grams.
Extension IQ Easy
The IQ Easy platform with at least one Manager IQ Easy can be extended with the Extension IQ Easy to control an additional 6 devices. The Extension IQ Easy comprises a control unit without a display. Status LED’s show the power on and overall warning or alarm status.
Sensor IQ Easy 2.0 EX
A sensor for explosion hazardous environments that measures the electrostatic charge of a web can be added to the IQ Easy platform. The Sensor IQ Easy 2.0 EX is a bar type device that can contain up to 8 sensor segments. Each sensor segment can be placed on a strategical position across the web to monitor the electrostatic charge.
Barrier Box
The Barrier box is connected to the IQ Easy platform and is located outside the ATEX zone. The Barrier Box can be ordered with configurations for 1, 2, 3 or 4 sensor segments. The Barrier Box connects the IQ Easy platform with a standard Male/Female M12 cable. The barrier box is required for decoupling and current limitation when connecting a Sensor IQ easy 2.0 EX.
Full Static Control within your Industry
Individual static electricity equipment can help you a long way. Several Simco-ION anti-static and ionisation devices can reduce or eliminate static electricity in your production process, charging equipment can help you with static charging/static bonding and our sensors can monitor the static charge. A fully integrated static control system will neutralise and/or generate static electricity, monitor all parameters, and show you when devices need cleaning. Ensuring an automated, smooth production process.
The IQ Easy system is unique because all devices form one system, no need for additional cables and individual power supplies.
When you add a Sensor IQ Easy bar to your IQ Easy Platform, it monitors the residual web charge across the web with up to 16 measuring sections. This will enable the anti-static devices to read the measured data and optimise the settings to reach the desired static level. This is called CLFB – Closed Loop Feedback.
An advantage of the IQ devices instead of the classic static devices is that you will get a warning when there is something wrong with a device so that you can intervene in a timely manner. The warnings and alarms will give you the chance to plan maintenance or replace equipment before full breakdowns of products occur.
