Barrier Box

The Barrier box is connected to the IQ Easy platform and is located outside the ATEX zone. The Barrier Box can be ordered with configurations for 1, 2, 3 or 4 sensor segments. The Barrier Box connects the IQ Easy platform with a standard Male/Female M12 cable. The Barrier Box is required for decoupling and current limitation when connecting a Sensor IQ easy 2.0 EX.

The product range covers the full spectrum of anti-static bars, an ionisation bar for in explosion hazardous environments (ATEX zone) and static charging equipment including special products for IML. The products that belong to the IQ family all have 24V DC supply voltage.

Sensor IQ Easy 2.0 EX
Sensor IQ Easy 2.0 EX

A sensor that measures the electrostatic charge of a web inside a hazardous environment(ATEX) can be added to the IQ Easy platform. The Sensor IQ Easy 2.0 EX is a bar type device that can contain up to 8 sensor segments. Each sensor segment can be placed on a strategical position across the web to monitor the electrostatic charge. All data of each sensor head is communicated to the Manager IQ Easy and stored for process monitoring. Warnings and alarms can be set to warn operators for situation that may turn critical.
Manager IQ Easy

Manager IQ Easy Introducing a new level of static control; the heart of the new IQ Easy platform is the Manager IQ Easy. It comprises of a Control unit with a 7” LCD touch screen, provides information from all the connected devices and makes it easy to change and monitor status and parameters. Up to 6 IQ devices can be directly connected to the Manager IQ Easy.
Performax IQ Easy EX

Performax IQ Easy Ex (IQ compatible) anti-static bars are available in two variations:
Standard, for all applications with a working distance between 100 and 300 mm
Speed, for high speed applications and for a working distance beween 50 and 300 mm
